hub MCP connection

Ask your AI
about your rentals.

Rents connects to ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini over MCP, so your assistant reads your real portfolio instead of guessing.

What it is

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for connecting an application to an AI assistant. With Rents connected, the assistant stops guessing: it reads your actual leases, payments, index adjustments and expenses, and answers from them.

It is not a chatbot inside Rents. It is Rents available inside the assistant you already use, under your account and your permissions.

How it looks

Your AI assistant

You: who owes me rent this month?

Two overdue periods:

· Boedo 1420 3°B — July, $ 485.000, 9 days late. With late fees per contract: $ 502.400.

· Villa Crespo, parking spot — July, $ 92.000, due tomorrow.

Everything else is up to date. Want me to send the payment notice to Boedo?

Safety

visibility

Read-only by default

Once connected, the assistant answers questions. Writing to your account is a separate switch you turn on.

verified_user

Every action is confirmed

Logging a payment, issuing a receipt or messaging a tenant requires your explicit confirmation. The AI proposes, you approve.

key_off

Revocable connection

It connects with a token issued from your Rents account, revocable at any time without changing your password.

block

Your data does not train models

Rents does not hand over data for training. The MCP serves information inside your conversation, nothing else.

FAQ

When can I use it? expand_more

General access opens in late 2026. Until then it runs with a limited group of landlords — sign up now and you are in that group.

What is Rents? expand_more

A free rental management app for Argentine landlords: leases, payments, ICL/IPC/UVA index adjustments, digital receipts, a tenant portal and financials. See the feature set (in Spanish).

Is there an API too? expand_more

Yes, over the same data. See the API page.

Does it cost anything? expand_more

Rents is free for landlords and so is the connection. You need your own paid plan on the assistant side if its free tier does not support connectors.

The Rents AI connection opens to all accounts in late 2026. Until then it runs with a limited group of landlords: sign up now and you are in that group. The rest of Rents — leases, payments, ICL/IPC/UVA adjustments, receipts and financials — is already available and free.
