What it is

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for connecting an application to an AI assistant. With Rents connected, the assistant stops guessing: it reads your actual leases, payments, index adjustments and expenses, and answers from them.

It is not a chatbot inside Rents. It is Rents available inside the assistant you already use, under your account and your permissions.

Rents is free for landlords and so is the connection. You need your own paid plan on the assistant side if its free tier does not support connectors.
